Comfortable & stylish, but size down by 1/2.
Love these lug loafers. They are stylish but also comfy. I am normally an 8 but sized down to 7.5 based on reviews. I have a wide foot and the fit is perfect.

Shoes Too Small and Don't Know How to Exchange
The shoes look beautiful, but they felt too snug. I wanted to exchange them for a larger size and there doesn't seem to be a way to do that online. I have called customer service and according to the automated reply, I was calling within their hours, but I couldn't get a hold of a live person to help me.

United StatesLove the look of this shoe. I first ordered my normal size 8 1/2, they were too big and slid off my heel. I returned them and ordered a size 8, they still slid off my heel, even with thick socks. I will try to add pads to the back heel, hopefully they stay.
