Strange sizing
I wear a 9 or 9.5 in every shoe and boot. 9 usually for round toe and 9.5 for pointed toe shoes. Ordered a 9.5 and way too big. Returned and ordered an 8.5 and length was fine but way too narrow so had to return. BUT great quality shoe. Obvious they are not cheap fakes made of fake leather.

Comfortable & stylish, but size down by 1/2.
Love these lug loafers. They are stylish but also comfy. I am normally an 8 but sized down to 7.5 based on reviews. I have a wide foot and the fit is perfect.

Shoes Too Small and Don't Know How to Exchange
The shoes look beautiful, but they felt too snug. I wanted to exchange them for a larger size and there doesn't seem to be a way to do that online. I have called customer service and according to the automated reply, I was calling within their hours, but I couldn't get a hold of a live person to help me.

United StatesLove the look of this shoe. I first ordered my normal size 8 1/2, they were too big and slid off my heel. I returned them and ordered a size 8, they still slid off my heel, even with thick socks. I will try to add pads to the back heel, hopefully they stay.
